Tomato, dried pepper and chicken broth, served with tortilla strips, avocado, cheese, epazote, guajillo peppers and sour cream.

BLACK BEAN SOUP

Black beans, chorizo, bacon, onion, garlic and epazote.

CEVICHE CATCH OF THE DAY

Served on hot lava molcajete with mushrooms, sweet corn, chorizo and epazote, served with handmade tortillas.

One stuffed with cheese and another with picadillo (ground beef) on tomato sauce.

Maria Corona CHICKEN MOLE

Our grandma's famous traditional flavorful and spicy Mexican dish that combines chiles, nuts, spices and chocolate served over a tender chicken breast and garnished with sesame seeds.

GREEN ENCHILADAS

Corn tortillas stuffed with your choice of chicken or cheese, on a green sauce, topped with our sour cream and cheese.

CATCH OF THE DAY TIKIN-XIC

Fresh local fish filet prepared the old Mayan style with achiote, tangy orange, garlic, oregano and fine herbs.
