For example, our mole is made from scratch; from the toasting of the peppers to the grinding of the almonds in the traditional stone "metate". Our tortillas are made by hand. Our sauces are prepared in pre-Hispanic stone molcajetes, and we prepare your Guacamole from fresh Avocados right at your table-side.
