Our Safety Protocols

Dear friends,

Below, please find a detailed explanation of the steps we're taking in response to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Upon reopening, and in accordance with the guidelines set forth by local and world health authorities, we’ve initiated strict health protocols designed to ensure your safety while you're with us.

Here’s what you can expect:

• We've limited seating in all areas at 30% of capacity and observing social distancing at all times. For those unfamiliar with our restaurant, the majority of our seating is outside in our courtyard in the fresh air, and our interior space is a well-ventilated palapa style grand hall with a high pitched roof. 
• We use QR code no-touch digital menus (viewed on your own smart phone or other personal device) as well as disposable, one-time use paper menus.
• All staff members undergo regular temperature checks.
• Paid stay-at-home policy for staff with symptoms.
• All our servers wear masks and acrylic face shields, and engage in repeated hand washings between trips to your table.
• Our staff members have all recently undergone the very rigorous "Clean Point Certification" training to ensure that all the most recent health and  safety protocols are well-known and strictly implemented. 
• We’ll be sanitizing tables and chairs after each use.
• Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the restaurant and upon request from your server.
• Hours of Operation for dinner: every day, 5:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
• Hours of Operation for our social evenings (Thursday - Saturday): 10:00 p.m. to 11:45 p.m.
• Enhanced cleaning procedures throughout the restaurant.

We do everything within our power to make sure you have minimal contact with anyone other than your friends and family who you are sitting with.

And as always here at Maria Corona, we strive to create a dining atmosphere that gives you a safe, comfortable and welcoming space to gather with friends and family to enjoy time together over a meal.
